MARCH 25, 2017 – AARON TIPPIN

Enjoy this electrifying country music great for an up close and personal performance at the intimate Louisa Arts Center.  Known as the “Hardest Working Man in Country Music”, Aaron burst onto the country music scene in the 1990’s with YOU GOTTA STAND FOR SOMETHING. In his 25 years in Country Music, he compiled a serious hit list, including WORKIN’ MAN’S Ph.D., THAT’S AS CLOSE AS I’LL GET TO LOVIN’ YOU, KISS THIS, and many others. APRIL 8, 2017 – MICHAEL ALLMAN

Michael Allman is lead vocalist and front man of the Michael Allman Band. Michael’s dad is legendary rocker, GREGG ALLMAN, a founding member of the famed “Allman Brothers Band”. Michael looks and sounds very similar to his famous father, yet he has his own distinctive style of Rock and Blues. Michael performs his original songs like IF DREAMS WERE MONEY and a MULE NAMED WHISKEY. You’ll also hear many Allman Brothers Band hits like RAMBLIN’ MAN and MIDNIGHT RIDER.


APRIL 28, 2017 – THE EVERLY BROTHERS EXPERIENCE – featuring the Zmed Brothers

The Zmed Brothers bring a genuine and youthful EVERLY BROTHERS EXPERIENCE to life on stage. When guitars became electric, the Everly Brothers bridged the gap between country and rock n roll. They created countless hits like BYE BYE LOVE, HELLO LITTLE SUSIE, ALL I HAVE TO DO IS DREAM, and so many more. The Everly Brothers inspired bands like Buddy Holly, Simon & Garfunkel, the Beatles and continue to influence artists around the world today.


MAY 6, 2017 – THE ART OF FASHION BENEFIT FASHION SHOW

Why go to NY Fashion Week? Instead come to the Louisa Arts Center’s FIRST ever runway show.  Featuring the best clothing & accessory designers from Virginia!    Professional artists in the fashion industry will grace the stage and the gallery.    Designers, hair & makeup artists, and models come together for this exciting evening of unique entertainment. The proceeds from this benefit go toward the continuation and expansion of the Louisa Arts Center’s mission to provide art of all kinds in Central Virginia.

Music performance by the Skyline Harmony Chorus, the local chapter of the Sweet Adeline’s.  Sweet Adeline’s choruses and quartets sing exciting a Capella, four-part harmony music, barbershop style. The music includes special arrangements of today’s ballads, classic songs, popular show tunes, and mainstream music.
