THE TOWN OF LOUISA PLANNING COMMISSION WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING AT 5:00 PM ON MONDAY, FEBRUARY 28, 2022 AT 212 FREDERICKSBURG AVENUE, LOUISA, VIRGINIA TO CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING ITEM:
SUP 2022-01: A Special Use Permit application submitted by GW1 Properties, LLC and Mil Investments, LLC (Tax Map 40A2 8 10, Plat Book 6/65, Lots 10 &11, .648 acres) located on Loch Lane Drive, Louisa, Virginia, in the Residential General zoning district, which allows various uses by special use permit. The application is to facilitate the use of the lots to construct two multifamily dwellings as outlined in Town Code165-29; B (2).
Comments will be heard in person during the public hearing. Complete copies of the Special Use Permit application are available at Louisa Town Hall. Requests for mailed or e-mailed copies will be honored. The Town of Louisa will place any written or oral comments received in the record of this permit.
