On November 7, 2010 at approximately 2:00 am the Louisa police department responded to a call for assistance at the Pine Ridge Apartment complex. Investigation revealed a male resident had been shot in the leg. The victim refused to cooperate or to identify his assailant. There are no other leads at this time.
