THE TOWN OF LOUISA PLANNING COMMISSION WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING AT 5:00 PM ON MONDAY, JULY 31, 2023, AT 212 FREDERICKSBURG AVENUE, LOUISA, VIRGINIA TO CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING ITEM:
PUD 2023-01: A Rezoning application, known as Laurel Ridge Rezoning Request, submitted by Joseph R. Daniel, Jr. of Culpeper, Virginia (Tax Map 41-8-2, 41-8-3, 41-8-3A and 41-183) located along Jefferson Highway (Route 33) across from Pine Ridge Drive in Louisa, Virginia. The property consists of 21.41 acres and the rezoning request is intended to change the zoning from Industrial to Planned Unit Development (PUD). The PUD is proposed to have about 9 acres of multi-family and attached single-family residential units, 4.4 acres of commercial use, 1.6 acres of public service use, and the remainder of 6.4 acres of open space and stormwater management structures.

Complete copies of the Planned Unit Development application are available at Louisa Town Hall. Requests for mailed or e-mailed copies will be honored.
