THE TOWN OF LOUISA PLANNING COMMISSION WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING AT 5:00 PM ON MONDAY, NOVEMBER 29, 2021 AT 212 FREDERICKSBURG AVENUE, LOUISA, VIRGINIA TO CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING ITEM:
SUP 2021-02: A Special Use Permit application submitted by Glen Marye Properties, LLC (Tax Map 41-15-B; 6.43 total acres) located at 406 East Main Street, Louisa, Virginia, in the General Commercial zoning district, which allows various uses by special use permit. The application is to facilitate the use of unit H for public/semi-public use for a church as outlined in Town Code165-44; B (1).
Comments will be heard in person during the public hearing. Comments can also be submitted prior to the meeting by calling our office at (540) 967-1400, email at firstname.lastname@example.org or mail to P.O. Box 531, Louisa, Virginia 23093. Complete copies of the Special Use Permit application are available at Louisa Town Hall. Requests for mailed or e-mailed copies will be honored. The Town of Louisa will place any written or oral comments received in the record of this permit. Questions should be directed to Liz Nelson, Town Manager at (540) 967-1400 between the hours of 8:30am and 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Please submit all written or verbal comments no later than 12:00pm Wednesday, November 24, 2021 so they may be included in the Public Hearing Meeting Package.
